Julia Fiona Roberts, born 28th October 1967 in Atlanta to Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. Julia Fiona Roberts is the fourth generation Roberts who reside in Atlanta. Her father was interested in theatre since a young stage. As a college student studying at Emory University from 1952 to 1954, he participated in several performances. After joining the airforce, in 1953 he appeared in an air force production in Biloxi together with Betty Lou Bredemus. In 1955, the couple got married and in 1956 their child Eric Anthony was born. In 1957, the couple quit the military and Walter enrolled at Tulane University in New Orleans Louisiana. Walter began working for Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio in 1960. Walter and Betty Lou started production in 1964 on the children's local Saturday morning television program Bum Bum and His Buddies that they self-funded. In 1964, Walter and Betty Lou founded The Actors and Writers Workshop. It ran for six years. The couple had another two children, Lelisa Billingsley (1965) (also known by the name Lisa) and Julia Billingsley (1967) (also also known by the name Julie).
